Orange Juice Recipe in Gujarati Language:

Ingredients:

• 6 થી 7 નંગ ઓરેન્જ (Orange) 
• સંચર (Black salt)
• મીઠું (Salt)

Recipe:

• સૌ પ્રથમ ઓરેન્જ ને વચ્ચે થી સુધારી ઓરેન્જ જ્યુસર ના સંચાથી જ્યુસ કાઢી લેવો.
• જ્યુસ ગાળવાની ગરણી થી જ્યુસ ગાળી તેને ઠંડો કરી લેવો.
• પછી તેમાં મીઠું અને સંચર નાખી હલાવી દો અને બરફ ના ટુકડા નાખી સર્વ કરો.

• First take orange and Cut from Middle make two piece 
• And with Orange juicer get oranges juice
• Then filter this juice and store to make it cool, 
• Then add black salt and salt into it Also add ice cubes into glass and served it.
