Dudhi Bataka nu Shaak Recipe in Gujarati Language:

Ingredients:

• 500 ગ્રામ - દૂધી (Bottle gourd)
• 2 થી 3 નંગ - બટાકા (Potato)
• 1 નંગ - ટામેટું (Tomato)
• હળદર (Turmeric)
• મરચું (Red Chili Powder)
• મીઠું (Salt)
• ધાણાજીરું (Coriander Cumin Seed powder)
• તેલ જરૂર મુજબ (Oil)
• લસણ-મરચાં ક્રશ કરેલા (Garlic Chili Paste)

Recipe in Gujarati:

• સૌ પ્રથમ દૂધી ને છોલી નાના નાના ટુકડા કરવા.
• તેમજ બટેકા ના નાના નાના ટુકડા કરવા.
• ત્યારબાદ કુકર માં તેલ મૂકી, જીરું, હિંગ નાખી તેમાં ટામેટું ઉમેરવું. 
• તેમજ દૂધી બટેકા ઉમેરવા તેમજ હળદર, મરચું, મીઠું, ધાણાજીરું અને સહેજ ખાંડ ઉમેરી બે કૂકર ની વ્હીસલ બોલે એટલે શાક તૈયાર થઇ ગયું સમજવું,

Recipe:

• First wash the bottle gourd with clean water and remove its skin and cut it into small pieces.
• Also remove potato skin and make the Potato small pieces.
• Take one bowl add oil and heat, add cumin seed, asafoetida, tomato in it.
• and add bottle gourd and potato pieces and turmeric, chili powder, salt, cumin coriander seed powder, and sugar and play two whistle and turn off the gas.
