Pineapple Apple Juice Recipe in Gujarati Language:

Ingredients :

• પાઈનેપલ (Pineapple)
• સફરજન (Apple)
• સંચર (Black Salt)
• મીઠું (Salt)
• જીરા નો ભુક્કો (Cumin Powder)  

Recipe :

• પાઈનેપલ ને છોલી તેના કાંટા કાઢી નાના પીસ કરી લેવા સાથે એપલ ને પણ છોલી નાના ટુકડા કરી લેવા.
• અને બને મિક્સરમાં ક્રશ કરી લો.
• અને ગરણી થી ગાળી લો.
• અને પછી તેના ઉપર સંચર મીઠું અને જીરા નો ભુક્કો નાખવો. 

Recipe :

• Remove the Pineapple skin, remove the thorns and make small pieces of pineapple, 
• Also remove the apple skin and make small pieces.
• Crush the both in a mixture.
• Then strain it with strainer. Place it in Refrigerator make cool, once cool then.
• Add the black salt, salt and cumin seed powder and mix well and serve.
