Kuler Recipe in Gujarati Language
(કુલેર)

Ingredients:

• 100 ગ્રામ બાજરી નો લોટ (Pearl Millet flour / Bajri (Bajra)no lot)
• 50 ગ્રામ - ઘી (Ghee)
• 50 ગ્રામ - ગોળ (Jaggery)

Kuler - Bajri na Lot na Ladoo

Kuler Ladoo Recipe:

• સૌ પ્રથમ બાજરીના લોટ ને એક તપેલીમાં કાઢી લો.
• તેમાં સીધો જીણો સમારેલો ગોળ અને ઘી ઉમેરી, બધું મિશ્રણ હાથથી મસળી ગોળ લાડવો વાળવો.

Kuler Recipe in English:

• Take Perl Millet flour in a one bowl.
• Add the Crumbed jaggery and Ghee into the Millet Flour Bowl.
• Mix the whole mixture well
• Prepare the Medium Size Round Balls from this mixture.    

This Kuler Recipe is Special Importance and Can be Prepared for Festival of Nag Panchami & Shitala Satam.
