Kachi Keri Chutney Recipe in Gujarati Language :

Ingredients :
    kachi keri chutney recipe for summer
  • 2 થી 3 નંગ - કાચી કેરી (Raw Mango)
  • લાલ મરચું (Red Chili Powder)
  • ધાણાજીરું (Coriander cumin seed Powder)
  • મીઠું (Salt)
  • ગોળ (Jaggery) જરૂર પ્રમાણે 
Recipe :
  • સૌ પ્રથમ કાચી કેરી ને છોલી તેનાં કટકા કરવા અને એક ખલ માં કેરી ને ખાંડવી.
  • તેમાં ગોળ, લાલ મરચું, ધાણાજીરું, મીઠું, નાખી લસોટતા જવું.
  • એકદમ લીસી ચટણી તૈયાર થઇ જાય એટલે એક બાઉલ માં કાઢી લેવી.
Kachi Keri Chutney (Raw Mango Chutney) Recipe in English :
  • Take Raw Mango and Remove the Skin and Make their Small pieces and take it into a Mortar.
  • Add Jaggery, Red Chili powder, Coriander cumin seed Powder (Dhanajiru), Salt, Crush and Makes Smooth Paste.
  • Once it looks like Smooth Sauce Type, Take it all in one Bowl and Store it in Cool Dry Place.
In Summer Season kachi keri is easily available in market and on the mango trees, of every mango orchards, this (Raw Mango Sweet Chutney) Kachi Keri ni Chutney is Made on Every Gujarati Homes, it taste is very nice and do not forget to keep it in cool dry place to use it several times in a week. it suits best with bhakhri or parathas, and bajri na rotla.
